Shipping Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day, excluding federal holidays.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be shipped the next business day. For example, an order placed at 4:00 PM CST on Friday will ship on Monday, unless Monday is a federal holiday.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day. High-value items or custom requests may require additional verification, potentially adding 1-2 business days.

Shipping Carriers

  • Primary Carrier: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments, offering reliable and cost-effective delivery with tracking.

  • Secondary Carrier: United Parcel Service (UPS) is used as a secondary option, particularly for expedited or high-value shipments.

  • Buyer Preference: If you prefer a specific carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, or another service), please indicate your choice at checkout in the order notes or contact us immediately after placing your order. Additional fees may apply for non-standard carriers.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.95 applies via USPS First-Class Mail.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available via USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination (typically $15-$30).

  • International Shipping: No international shipping.  U.S. Domestic only.

  • Signature Confirmation: Required for orders over $500 to ensure secure delivery, included at no additional cost.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Continental U.S.):

    • USPS First-Class Mail: 2-5 business days.

    • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.

    • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days.

    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order is shipped. Rural areas or holiday periods (e.g., July 4th, Christmas) may experience slight delays.

Tracking and Insurance

  • Tracking: All orders include a tracking number, emailed to you once the order ships. Track your package via USPS.com, UPS.com, or your CenTex Luxury Goods account.

  • Insurance: All shipments are insured for their full value against loss or damage during transit. For high-value items (e.g., Entrupy-verified handbags), we use tamper-evident packaging and secure handling.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the claim is resolved (typically 5-10 business days).

  • Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our return policy.

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. CenTex Luxury Goods is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
